On the ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room with wood stove and sofa bed, bathroom with shower/wash basin/toilet - Direct access to the pool.

Upstairs : one bedroom for two people (double bed 160cm x 200cm).

In the mezzanine, secured by a railing, a bedroom for 2 or 3 people (a single bed 90cm + a single bed 140cm). Access is by a slightly steep staircase.

Equipment : fridge with freezer compartment, 4 gas burners, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, television.

 

Shaded private terrace by the secure and heated swimming pool (10mx5m) with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha.
