The ground floor has an entrance, a mudroom/pantry and direct access to the pool.

The first floor offers a kitchen opening onto the living room, a bathroom with washbasin/shower/toilet,  and a bedroom for two people (double bed 1m40).

On the mezzanine, secured by a railing, two bedrooms for two people each (2 single beds 90cm + 1 double bed 1m40). Access is by a slightly steep staircase.
