The price indicated is per night based on an occupancy of 2 people sleeping in a double bed + € 10 /people/day additional,  linens and cleaning included, charges included except heating.  Rental for a minimum of 3 nights. 

 

Low season  october and november :

                       - Les Iris :      570€/week, 90€/day

Easter holidays : from 04/04 to 02/05 : - les Roses : 90€/day

The price indicated is per cottage, household linen not included, cleaning fee required :  80€. 

Rental per week only, from Saturday to Saturday,

                    - Les Roses : 1050€/ week,

                    - Les Iris      : 1150€/ week

Last week of August (29/08 to 04/09) :

                      - Les Roses : 125 €/day

                         - Les Iris ; 135 €/day

PROMOTION SUMMER 2026 (from 04/07 to 29/08) ​: renting for 2 weeks, price "all in" linens and cleaning included

                   - Les Roses : 2000€/2 weeks

                   - Les Iris      : 2100€/2 weeks

Taxes - Options

Tourist tax: 1,10€ per night and per person over 18 years old

Housekeeping option : 80€

Rental of sheets in option: 18€/dubble bed and 9€/single bed

Rental of bathroom linen optional : 6€/person 

Charges (electricity and gas): included except for heating : 15€/day if necessary

A deposit of 50% of the rental is required at the signing of the contract

Deposit on arrival : 300 €

Arrivals and departures

In July and August, arrival on Saturday from 5pm / departure Saturday before 10am.    

Outside this period, departure and arrival to be agreed.
